When clogs first burst back onto the scene (early 2010), I, like most shoeistas, was skeptical. But the more and more I saw celebrities donning them with their seriously cool outfits, the more I began to warm up to the idea. Great news for me, because Clogs will still be a big trend in the fall. Now is the time to get the Celeb look but on your budget!
How to wear: The great thing about clogs is that they really go with everything, except bootleg jeans (that look went out in the 70's for a reason). You can pair clogs with skinny jeans and/or jeggings with a baggy top for a look that is oh, so California. You can pair your clogs with jean shorts and/or patterned shorts with a baggy button-down for a look like Mary Kate Olsen (if you have a high-heel clog and you pair it with shorts, it will make your legs look miles long!). You can also wear your clogs with a great dress for a girly, casual look. In the fall and winter, add tights under your clogs and chunky sweaters so you can still wear your summer dresses, shorts and skirts.
