Winter boots: Riding

Welcome to part 2 of my Winter boots post which will highlight this season's hottest boots for the coldest weather. These boots will warm your feet and keep you chic without drying up your bank account. For this post, my emphasis will be on riding boots. Don't worry, you will not look like a jockey in these equestrian style boots. There is a reason why riding boots have been a hott boot trend for the past few seasons and a popular choice for celebrities and designers alike. Celebrities to rock this trend are Taylor Swift, Kirsten Dunst, Rachel Bilson and Jessica Alba (among others).

One of the beauties of riding boots is that they literally go with everything. They are so easy to dress up or down...just depending on your mood. The other is that I don't think this style will die soon. I think that a great, basic riding boot is a wardrobe investment.

HOW TO WEAR: Add equestrian flair to fitted jeans and a blazer, military style jacket with chunky scarves, a skirt, lace tights and a basic top, leggings and a tunic shirt or a chunky sweater and a flowy dress and a long cardigan. Whatever you want to wear with these boots will look chic. I am just giving you some examples.

November has arrived and to me that means that fall is finally here. I am thoroughly ecstatic to break out my fall and winter wardrobe. My chunky sweaters, soft coats and fabulous boots.
