Welcome to part 2 of my Winter boots post which will highlight this season's hottest boots for the coldest weather. These boots will warm your feet and keep you chic without drying up your bank account. For this post, my emphasis will be on riding boots. Don't worry, you will not look like a jockey in these equestrian style boots. There is a reason why riding boots have been a hott boot trend for the past few seasons and a popular choice for celebrities and designers alike. HOW TO WEAR: Add equestrian flair to fitted jeans and a blazer, military style jacket with chunky scarves, a skirt, lace tights and a basic top, leggings and a tunic shirt or a chunky sweater and a flowy dress and a long cardigan.
